I think you nailed it..........bigly.

It appears that the strategy of making America great again by draining the swamp is in large part the de-legitimization of the press, the intelligence agencies, and congressional oversight within the constitutional balance of powers, along with expanding the powers of the executive beyond constitutional boundaries.

For those not paying attention, those are the things that have played a major role in making America great in the first place.
