Virginia did it for the Dulles toll road extension to Leesburg


I think they recently did it near Richmond (Pocahontas 895). This Richmond road the tolls seem be too high and the road is not really used.

It took a while for Dulles, but it is getting used.

I am not sure I495 is the last one. The difference in the I495 model is they have surge pricing.

I suspect Virginia will do it again.
