I don't agree.

I have no idea if he reacted appropriately - my knee jerk is he overreacted on whole, but I've never been a cop. I have had a gun pointed at me, and I would not be too quick to judge others in a perceived life and death situation. But he does clearly appear to be telling the driver to keep his hands clear of the gun. No reason to assume he would have shot if he thought that happened.

Acted incorrectly? Panicked? Didn't respond as trained? I can't render an opinion. I didn't catch where the driver's hand was. I'm not familiar with police protocols on this. But murder? I didn't see evidence of that. I mean, beyond a reasonable doubt?
