What makes them dullards isn't that.
It's that they're buying the notion that the corporate tax rate is what's putting them out of work.
Letting corporations keep more of their money isn't going to all of a sudden induce them to stop looking for marginal savings in the production process. And if a lower domestic corporate has an effect it's going to be that a modern domestic automated factory will be cheaper than 3rd world human labor. Either way, they fly-over dullards are still screwed.
