Cost of bracelet is one thing (usually run about +/-$650 with most brands). But monitoring fees will add at least $3/day. You'd have to hook up both parents plus any appropriately aged juveniles. They require daily charging or will run out of juice. Dead battery means no tracking. Gone with the wind. Happens regularly with the best of 'offenders'. Any Electronic Monitoring (EM) program is only as successful as the level of compliannce of the participants.
Lots of variables, but I appreciate your thoughtful response.
