somebody probably loss the floppy disk with the names.

I have work for the IRS, DHS, SSA, law enforcement, Patent Trade Office, Treasury, etc.

I have met some amazing talented hard working government employees over decades in the IT business, but I hope one day we can bust the federal union because there are some serious losers the tax payers should not be paying. Having these losers stop government systems from being upgraded.

For a particular law enforcement agency, I saw two contractors get paid between them over 20 million dollars with nothing to show. Most is on the government, but getting 8a companies to do complex work for fix price is usually a disaster. Large companies would not touch them, 8a will because they can go out of business if sued.
