How is this event in your mind, an indictment of the federal government

especially when those who are running this program have been so secretive? In other words, I don't think you can make that statement, with any kind of certainty, under those circumstance. Additionally, your conclusion seems too convenient and easy, given your general antipathy for the "government".

You asked about personal dealings with the government. I can tell you that mine have been satisfactory, in terms of the services promised and services delivered.
