Man, I just could not disagree with that sentiment more. No one is forcing

anyone to work for Bloomberg Inc, and in fact, I'd imagine the average compensation package at Bloomberg is quite competitive. If anyone at Bloomberg feels they are not being appropriately compensated for working their ass off and are not sharing enough in the success of Bloomberg, they are more then welcome to find another company with a more generous compensation package.

There are currently estimated to be more than 1,000 google employees whose stock grants are worth more than $5M. Microsoft alone has created 3 billionaires and 12,000 millionaires out of its employees.

If you don't feel you're being compensated properly at at Bloomberg, Microsoft, or anywhere else, feel free to find someone who will pay you more. Or put YOUR own capital at risk and start your own damn company, and you can distribute the fruits of your company's success any way you like. But please, please, please, do not whine that the person who took the risk to start his or her business and for whom you voluntarily agreed to work for at a mutually agreed upon level of compensation, is not *sharing* enough of his success. That is the malcontent mindset of entitled losers.
