I don't care for Bernie either but I think you're wrong about that.
All of his real batshit crazy stuff has as much of a chance of becoming law as you and I lining up to play for the Lakers next to LeBron James and Anthony Davis. If he is elected, it will be a divided government with the only real consequence being competent people (chosen mostly by more moderate Democrats in the Senate) heading up federal agencies; a stop to the glut of grossly unqualified clowns being appointed to the courts (not talking about Gorsuch and Kav here, but the various morons who now have lifetime appointments to district and circuit court seats); and a firm rebuke of Trump's four year assault on our democratic republic, checks and balances, and rule of law. That alone makes it a no-brainer. A re-election of Trump would do irreparable damage to our Republic and may send us past the point of no return. We just need him out, even if it's Bernie.
Who, I repeat, won't be able to do jack shit on his various economic initiatives, most of which don't even have the support of his fellow Democrats in the Senate (let alone the type of bipartisan majority needed to pass major legislation unless the Dems somehow come away with 60 Senate seats (at a time where they are highly unlikely to get to 50).
