Biden probably would not have spent months dismissing the crisis. He probably wouldn’t have claimed the virus would magically disappear. Probably wouldn’t be holding daily conferences with everyone showing fealty to him, and with endless grievances being aired against those who criticize him or aren’t nice enough to him. Or making baseless claims about HC workers who are risking their lives stealing stuff.

I’m not convinced there would be many differences otherwise. My guess - we’d still have critical shortages of gear, equipment, and beds, and we’d have to shutter our economy just as we are.
