His failures with Covid-19 solidifies his standing as the worst president..

in US history. Impeachment, Covid-19, and recession are his legacy. While he may not accept any responsibility and his worshipers may not expect any accountability, history will not be so kind. A hundred years from now the first lines in EVERY account of this historic failure of a presidency will begin with these events. There will be very little else to say, sadly.

Times can make the man or expose for all to see that a man is not up to the task of dealing with the times. Trump had an opportunity with a timely and effective response to this pandemic to resurrect his legacy. His acute personality shortcomings would not allow it though.

Some of the more vilified presidents like Buchanan, Johnson (the 1st), Hoover, Nixon, Bush (the 2nd) can rest assured that Trump has set a new standard, hopefully never to be equaled or surpassed.
