I understand the burden of proof is on the state. I am a lawyer.
I am just curious if that was investigated and disclosed. We don't just accept someone's word and let it go.
If the facts fall out as you outlined, fine. In that case, it just looks bad, but that isn't against the law.
Again, I am not trying to be combative. Its just due diligence in an investigation
