It talked about the sale of shares after their Loeffler meeting with US Intelligence. The waiting period was included in the conversation when moneyshot brought up FNRA broker dealer rules which Loeffler's husband is bound to.
I don't know what to tell you. You're barking up the tree on this. Regarding insider trading ... it doesn't matter if you have a sizable loss. It's relative. There's always the other side of the trade. If she held them for only 3-4 days and then dumped them right before Trump's announcement of the ban, the optics are even worse. She's trading on momentum, not the fundamentals. Her husband on the other hand, would have to trade according to FNRA rules.
