That is true. But when a person calls 911 with theatric hysterics and
intentionally makes the race of a birdwatcher an issue(on mutliple occasions during the call) with the intention of illiciting a certain response from the police when she's the one not following regulations and clearly being an asshole, that is racist. She intended to exploit the race and gender of the two parties involved specifically to bias any responding officer to not calmly determine what happened, and rightly assess that she was not only not being threatened but completely in the wrong. Not calling this woman's actions out as unacceptable behavior only obscures the line of how to properly conduct yourself for everyone. It leads to more people doing the same thing she did, and it will inevitably lead to someone else throwing the race card when it isn't warranted.
