Shooting at speeding cars? What do you mean? A 3,000lb. automobile aimed at me is a deadly weapon. I will shoot you if you aim your car at me, as would every police officer. I cant give you a warning before shooting, it could be split second, and i could lose my life, giving you yet one more command. Like it or not, the suspect controls a lot of the force in the arrest/apprehension.
