One of the particularly frustrating aspects from the reataurant


supply perspective is that I think there is a major difference in risk of spread comparing packed bars to restaurants who will still struggle but can survive at lower capacity for a while while implementing good social distancing. There is a way for many restaurants to hang in there right now, but it will be much harder if they are forced again to essentially shut down every dine-in option in some of these places. I just dont think the evidence points to this being an issue. The focus needs to be on denser gatherings in close quarters among those seemingly not interested in wearing a mask.
