That sounds fun as hell! I considered physics as a major and love astronomy

but there are a lot of guys smarter than me in that field. :) My dad was a NASA contractor for years when I was growing up which is how we ended up living at Satellite Beach, FL (he worked on Project Mercury and was facilities manager for the VAB) and then Huntsville, AL. When they moved to CA after I was an adult he wangled a buddy of his to take me on a tour of JPL. Fascinating place, too!
