They are using a number that includes people who don't get tested.


You cannot translate in an honest way to use on a tested population.

And we can only guess at the number of people who have/had Covid but didn't get tested.

Obviously this vague number gives us lots of wriggle room to juice data.

I'll be shocked if we don't sign 150 death certs from today's number.
