Racism as the entirety of Trumpism. I think racism is part of it, and the part to focus on if demonizing is the main idea. But imo way too simplistic.

Trumpism is a philosophy of grievance and fear, with an accent on grievances for which scapegoats can be offered. In S FL, fear of/grievance against socialism/communism might have been mostly it.

It’s a more complex story than you appear to want to see. Unfortunately for anti-trumpists in a way - white grievance alone is suicidal, politically speaking.
