The Cubans in Miami by and large are

racist as fuck. Racist against blacks for sure. But racist against other “lesser” Latinos like PR, DR, and Mexicans.

Still their overwhelming support for Trump is significantly tied to the view however misguided it is that the Dems represent socialism. They don’t worry about authoritarian regimes because Battista was plenty authoritarian and those were the good old days.
