I disagree. It's a medical procedure and a legal one. If the procedure is
covered by insurance, or required by the government to do so, then tough shit for Hobby Lobby or any other corporation. Anyway, their objection was to covering birth control as I recall and an equally spurious argument. You just as well could make the same argument about blood transfusions for example. And all that aside, when you go to work for a corporation you don't give up your rights to coverage under the law nor do you give up your right to live your personal life as you see fit (barring the usual restrictions in the workplace). The notion that Hobby Lobby has some moral objection or religious liberty at stake is ridiculous.
