I think hobby lobby's position is stupid, but I don't think the gov't
should be involved in determining what specific drugs and procedures are covered by a company's insurance policy. That has nothing to do hobby lobby's religious freedom. It has to do with a business's freedom to decide what they will cover without the government interfering. If an employee doesn't like what Hobby Lobby (or anyone else) decides to not cover with their insurance policy, they're free to work somewhere else. I would NOT be OK with hobby lobby saying we're going tot provide insurance for men, but not women. Or straight people but not gays. But if hobby lobby says they're not going to cover birth control, or viagra, or blood pressure medicine, I don't know why the government needs to step in to tell them what they individual things must be covered.
