Amazon did not claim Parlar was, itself, inciting violent protest.
Amazon claims that Parler had violated its terms of service given its inadequate content-moderation practices. They are not doing enough to police their own sphere.
I don't know that you can make a good argument that AWS has an obligation to the people who would simply rather use Parler than Twitter (or whatever else). There is certainly no shortage of places on the internet for people to socialize.
You might have a better argument pointing out the various other wretched hives of scum and villainy (also no shortage of same) that AWS has shown no interest in holding accountable, and asking why Parler is different
