I am certainly not a tech guy, and I won't pretend to understand the
logistics of it, but my understanding is that the hosting company, Amazon, refused to host the website/app, making it unaccessible. Parler is free to find some other company to provide the services that Amazon was providing, and free to sue them for breach of contract. To understand whether this is justified, I'd have to the see the contract.
I understand how the users might feel they are being discriminated against, but that doesn't enter into the legal analysis. The same analysis applies whether its for conservative discussion or a sewing circle. The users don't have standing.
