I think it assumes something that might not be real
Certainly the first highlighted section is true. AWS suspending Parler, and the various app stores removing it goes beyond what Facebook does when it polices content.
As to the second part. Well, we don't HAVE Net Neutrality. Per the FCC in 2017, Internet Service Providers are not Tier II Common Carriers (Mostly neutral and regulated. Can't throttle, block, of prioritize traffic). Rather the internet is a Tier I Information Service (screw it, do what you want to!)
So for all the noise GOPs like to make about Section 230, the rule that's biting them in the ass is one of their own making.
