I'll focus on your paragraph of "If the DOJ just randomly went off and declared parents who show up to school board meetings to debate the decision "domestic terrorists" (which they have not even hinted at) then we would have something to talk about." since that is the only one that isn't a complete mess. Your attempt to classify criminal riots as civil rights demonstrations is hilarious if nothing else, and a good reason why you are not taken seriously. Yea, I'm sure there were no threats of violence there, just nice peaceful protests and civil rights demonstrations....give me a break. Talk about a bull in a china shop flailing around.
As I said to hool, if that is the case (not going after parents who show up to school board meetings to debate topics), we are in agreement. Hool used the phrase not criminalizing opposition. Again, no problem there. But, as we've seen in past administrations, I have little hope that it would end there. We've seen recently Biden describe the bathroom antics as part of the process. When it agrees with the administration's ideology, it's part of the process....the bathroom antics, Antifa, BLM riots, etc. When it disagrees and exists on a much, much, much smaller level, then it's an issue. That is a concern. It was concerning with Trump, and should be with Biden. It's been a concern for some time. The pattern is the party in power dismisses.
If the issue is exploratory, as I said, great...we may be in agreement.
