stones to actually withdraw troops.

Yes, in hindsight, we should have told the Afghan military to pound sand and taken all of our equipment with us. But had we done that, when the Afghan military fell to the Taliban in 8 hours instead of 2 days following our withdrawal, you would have been beating on Biden for withdrawing and leaving the Afghan military defenseless and effectively turning the country over to the Taliban.

It was a no win situation, 20 years in the making. Biden was the first president, including Bush, Obama, and Trump, to say "enough".
