That statement in no way constitutes cause and effect with
Current Russian actions. The war there has been going on for years, and US’s messy exit from AFGH, which Russia can relate to as much as any country on earth, is not a predictor of how the US will act in completely unrelated international situations.
NK, China, and Iran are all doing what they’ve been doing for years. Russia’s timing raises suspicions about whether the AFGH failure emboldened them, but even if it did it’s just one factor. It’s a very complicated situation there, and an oversimplification for political convenience in bashing Biden to say AFGH is the reason at all.
You have a little correlation going for you, but the causation is still pretty flimsy.
