So, in other words, the EPA is not authorized to regulate climate

pollutants? That is, clean air? The Court is being disingenuous and arbitrary. Great time for it, too, as the world gets pushed to the brink of climate catastrophe.

I suppose we need to rely on the Court to hire the experts now? Or are they just impartially calling "balls and strikes?"
