The fixes have been communicated HERE to YOU on numerous

occasions. The primary reasons why exchange rates have been higher, and some insurance companies have left the exchanges are, once again and maybe you should try to understand this time,:
1) the tax/penalty is not high enough to force the young and healthy to enroll.
2) Without them, the exchange pools are tilted to heavily towards a population that most uses health care, driving up reimbursements and coverage costs which drive insurance premiums up.
3) The ACA contained financial support for insurance companies in exchanges until the pools reach a balanced maturity. But the GOP found a way to kill that.
4) the ACA intended for millions of the poorest (and sickest) uninsured to get Medicaid, but too many red states decided to not take federal funding to increase Medicaid availability, so those people ended up in exchanges, further tilting the pools in the wrong direction
5) The GOP's insistence on killing the ACA, and so far not having a rational replacement for it, is creating uncertainty in the health care insurance industry to the point that insurers are just saying "no mas" and focusing on group plans.

The fix? Either universal health care or greatly increase the tax/penalty and expand Medicaid.
The GOP , and you, need to declare what your priorities are. Should people in our country be denied adequate medical care because of cost.? If your answer is no, then there is a cost to the general public. Your complaint should be with those who are not enrolling in insurance
