pretend to care so much about the poor and working class (when accusing the right of wanting them to suffer and die), then want to ignore the impact these mandates will have on the energy costs for those same people, as well as the impact on all goods and services that require energy in their production.

I also find it a bit absurd that we're willing to spend so much taxpayer money on converting us from a Ford Focus to a Chevy Volt which costs twice that, yet not spend a penny on converting an 18 wheeler burning the dirtiest of fuels over to a much cleaner and proven Nat Gas version.

We will see meaningful increases in conversion to renewable energy when it is more economically viable, because nobody, other than those with a vested interest, is "against" clean energy.
