They have oversight reponsibilities for how money is spent.

The GOP has been perfectly willing to question every nickel and dime spent by Obama, but they're nowhere to be seen in questioning El Presidente Maximo. Rep. Ben Ghazi, oops I mean Trey Gowdy from South Carolina, has held how many hearings of his Oversight Committee regarding how money has been spent by this administration? I'll bet it's less that how many were held on Benghazi alone. Plus, I'll just mention in passing how several people described his questioning of administration witnesses and Butthead in their Russia "investigation" like he was their defense attorney.
