to see the problem fixed, you only want what you think is in your best interest.

Require Anthem to put you, all their other group customers, and individual buyers on the required to offer exchange plan, in the Metro RVA area into the same pool. "Death spiral" problem solved, can't just walk away from the individual market, and at virtually no cost to the ACA program. And they have more incentive to keep their Metro RVA pool more healthy/less expensive.

But you don't want the impact on YOUR rates. So to hell with the individual buyers. Let them drown in their tainted pool.
