I'm not sure where you intend to go with the AOL argument, but getting rid


of net neutrality obviously sets the stage for companies like Comcast to slow or prohibit websites they don't like or who don't pay them a fee. The argument that this allows the free market to work is pretty stupid when most people don't have much choice of which ISP to use in their market area.

But Verizon sure as hell likes it, so it makes sense that so does former executive Ajit Pai. His statement, coming as it does from the FCC concerning a network that was originally developed by the government, is even more silly. “Under my proposal, the federal government will stop micromanaging the Internet.” MAGA.
