Not this. It's all about making a buck.


I am no anarchist. I think gov't has a role. Economically, mainly as "ref".

But the stated problem is that we will become so productive, that machines will do everything, and the controllers of capital will just buy machines and stop paying people to do anything. Which means the controllers of capital would be putting themselves out of business. No more bucks for them either.

I don't know how it will all play out - nobody does. But how the future is shaped, much as how it has been shaped with the industrial revolution, and now in the earliest parts of the technological revolution, has been almost entirely about making a buck. And will be in the future too.
