How many GOP House seats are in the burbs of major HCOL areas?

Quite a few, if I'm not mistaken.

Also wonder how this plays with all those folks who purportedly have "economic anxiety." When the next recession hits and all they got was $200 spread out over 52 weeks, or worse yet they're still unemployed or underemployed, maybe they will say "what the fuck? We elected you and you just handed a wad of cash to my already rich asshole boss."

And just wait until they start talking about gutting SS, Medicid, Medicare, etc next.

No one with any sense thinks this tax cut is good policy. There are a few parts of it that could be if done more carefully and thoughtfully, but not this. And certainly not done this way.

What I dont see is this scoring them points other than with the handful of really rich guys who had guns to their heads and made them do this.
