The tax bill is great news for the people, however it requires...

either a discussion about what will be cut to balance the net $1T shortfall over the next 10 years, or else the Pubs will have joined the Dems in not prioritizing the debt on their platform. The difference between the parties, of course, is that the Pubs have vocalized opposition to mounting debt more loudly over the recent past, so a potential change in priority would be notable.
