Collusion isn’t the crime any of these folks will be charged with.
The Post would be okay doing what you suggested. The campaigns maybe not. It depends on their knowledge and involvement. They certainly couldn’t tell someone foreign or American to break the law by hacking someone let alone use the results of the hacking. Would be no different than telling someone to break into an apartment and steal papers. These 13 people for example have been charged with a crime. People that knowingly helped them could be at risk of a conspiracy charge of some kind.
