For example there is no reference to the hacking of the emails of the DNC or the chair; there is only reference to contact with unwitting Americans - we already know there was deliberate and knowing contact between Don Jr, Jared, and others with Russians who claimed to have dirt on Hillary. No mention of that. No mention of trying to tamper with state voter data bases or other infrastructure, which has already been reported by Justice.

This is just Mueller laying another building block to draw out informants or put pressure on people they are after or maybe to get people looking in different directions, or a combination of all 3. But since this is relatively small time stuff, probably the money is the key. The money goes back to a single Russian. Wonder who is connected to him?
