You would be entirely wrong.


The word regulated means drilled. Not regulated like you have taken it to mean.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. "

What does the word militia mean? Pretty sure it is codified. Link here:

So now let's break this down. A well "drilled/trained" regulated "populace" militia, being neccesary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Your entire argument is based on incorrectly using the words written to create a false impression of the ammendment.
