Sat outside for hours. While Dave Sanders bled out.

My friend’s son was one of the last out, if not the last, having been one of the kids trying to keep pressure on the wound while another student made up a sign “one bleeding to death” and held it in the window. Mr. Sanders was alive when he left, that much he knows.

This was a fully armed and highly trained SWAT team. Not a 30 year veteran “school resource officer” with a hand gun. Note the Sheriff also suspended two other officers who had prior contacts with the shooter, but he, the Sheriff, is the head of an office which had 23 contacts with this kid and apparently never did anything about him.

I would suggest maybe the Sheriff needs and has identified his own scapegoat. I’d hold off on “coward” for awhile.
