If we are looking for commonality in school shooters, I bet we would find
the thing they have in common is being bullied.
It isn't the football captain or the homecoming queen that are shooting up schools. It is the kids who find going to school every day a living hell.
At the risk of coming across as insensitive, the power to stop school shootings doesn't rest with the President, or Supreme Court, or the state Governor, or even the Principal or School Board. Want to stop school shootings? Then how about the kids STOP BEING SO FUCKING MEAN TO EACH OTHER.
If school were as pleasant for everyone as it is for the popular kids, I genuinely think the school shooting problem would go away without any additional gun regulation or security measures whatsoever.
