Absolutely true. And I agree that kids all over the world are bullied
yet only the ones in America think bringing a gun to school is a solution.
However, restricting their access to a firearm only solves the shooting problem. It doesn't solve the problem that their peers make life a living hell.
There are legitimate pros AND cons to the 2A in a civilized society.
But what exactly is the defense for kids bullying their peers? It happens everywhere? It's been happening for hundreds/thousands of years?
While firearms certainly have some negatives associated with them, there are some practical and theoretical positives too. But there is no practical or theoretical positive that comes from bullying. So the reason I bring it up is that (a) if it stopped, it really would make a difference, and (b) it is something everyone of every political persuasion could actually agree on and work together toward.
