flat tax for some progressive aspect, on all income (dividends no longer taxed at corp level) and I'm golden!

FTR my reference to "buying" votes (ignoring the wheeling and dealing for last minute vote or two) was simply talking about kids on your plan until 26 (to "buy" family votes), and the 3X cap on premiums for the most expensive plans (cuz old people vote, and angry old people voter even more). Again, could be well intentioned, but poorly done and not best solution IMO. Not literally buying votes, like Andrew Yang. :-)
