It's pretty clear that the Executive would rather have endless court


battles than have them testify in the House or the Senate. It would get the Senate out of a tough spot, too, no? Why help the GOP with this? Keep the pressure on the Senate to get the testimony. Because whether they want it to or not, more damning evidence will continue to come out and they'll need to explain their reticence at the ballot box.
