I have a friend who lives between Flint Hill and Front Royal who, if I


understand it correctly, acts as a sort of liaison between the school district and its homeschooling parents. I think her responsibilities include making sure the curriculum the homeschoolers are getting conforms to basic minimums, helping parents access materials, helping them understand measurables/testing needs. She also integrates the homeschool kids into extra-curricular things like drama, debate, etc.

I guess what I'm saying is, there are resources out there. But you probably know way more about it than I do.
