how we treat people vs. rest of the world. There's no doubt we have our issues. We can be a lot better. However, remember this ... most countries don't have the vast array of races, cultures, nationalities, religions, etc. that America has. We really are the world's melting pot.

Malaysia is an interesting country. Yes people appear very nice. That said, see how the Chinese Malays treat the natives and vice versa. There's also big divide among the religious groups in the country ... far more than the US. There's a reason why America is considered the standard.

IMO, our biggest issue is arrogance. That leads to ignorance through complacency. We need to strive to be better ... to evolve ... for all people.
