had a buy rating on Enron before it collapsed. It's how Madoff got away with a Ponzi Scheme for decades.

It's not like the rumors weren't out there about Trump. Whether it's true ... I don't know though I have my suspicions. That's why the buy side does their own due diligence. It's buyer beware.

Don't expect the SEC to come to the rescue. They are failed investment bankers or lawyers with little exposure to finance ... or glorified accountants. Collectively, not the smartest bunch in the world of high finance.
