That's why Cy Vance wants to see Trump's tax returns.

Did he knowingly inflate the value of his assets for a public debt offering vs. while deflating his assets for taxes purposes. No one one is debating Trump's goodwill value. We all know he inflates it ... but it's not illegal.

If there are discrepancies, Trump either defrauded investors with loans he ultimately defaulted on ... OR he defrauded the government on taxes. It's not that hard understand. The question is if Deutshce knew about the scheme IF there are discrepancies. If there are none, Trump and Deutsche have nothing to worry about.

I know Deustche people who worked on their prop desk at the time. They are incredibly intelligent people. You have to ask yourself why they bought into the deal (i.e. Chinese Wall, etc.). That will be harder to prove.
