I obviously haven't seen the evidence here and there is an intent component


to criminal bank fraud....but the theory I have heard is that a sketchy banker in DB's private banking division (who has close ties to the Kushners and may have her own legal issues) pushed his application through despite some pretty glaring red flags. And the source of information is probably the guy who half-assedly cooked the books for him (his own personal Saul Goodman, Michael Cohen).

You work in this world, MS...what's your opinion of DB as an institution?
